Teachers' training facilitation experience by Resource persons of Azim Premji Foundation:

 - 'Any training and facilitation should not be a one-shot engagement, even if it is spread over two weeks may not be enough to change the beliefs of all teachers. We need to present the same ideas in multiple forms to strengthen the understanding so that it translates into teachers’ practice'. 'We need to have an effective planning if the training is done online. Only voice could create boredom in the listeners on an online trainings. Participants may lose interest if there is only one facilitator, so it is better to involve two or three people to facilitate the session. And also include interaction among participants with few videos and activities. One of the most important elements in any teacher professional development program is student learning.
