How to build a good school?

The school should be a legally registered institution.
The school should select type of curriculum. Like Montessori, general literacy education etc.
Board has to be selected like state board or CBSE.

Admissions:
The fee should be according to area where it is located.
Fee could be collected monthly or yearly.

Facilities:
Auto, van or bus for students.
Sports and games.
A play ground in school or attached to school.
Play equipments should be there at school.
At least one Projector and a computer for students.
The classroom should be large and comfortable. With good ventilation i.e. light and air.
Fans in the classroom.
A comfortable furniture. Like table and desk.
Science and maths lab.
A attractive uniform.

Student safety:
Identity cards for students as well as parents.
The school should have boundary wall. And also if it is multi floor, then it should have high rise safety grills around each floor corridor.

Accounting and record keeping:
The money/finance should be managed by a very trustful and experienced person.

Advertisement:
A good advertisement should be run to build the school brand name, by pamphlets and also by going door to door campaign.

Other important things:

Parental involvement. By regular parents meeting.
A principal with leadership quality.
Teachers having teaching diploma or degree.
Regular teachers training.
A counsellor should be appointed.
