A school leader should have attributes like, resilience, flexibility, persistence, entrepreneurial mindset and the skills like relationship management, social awareness and focus.

As a leader, we all clearly see where our school would be in the next five years but the ideal way forward or need is to communicate this to everyone involved in the tasks to make it happen.

Every staff at our school campus should understand how each of their contribution is important to the overall school success and of the school vision achievement. A school leader should demonstrate that they are all important, this will make the staff feel valued. 

There are lot of cultural and generational changes in the way people think and take the things forward. For leading these changes from front end, the school leaders should have new critical skills such as leading virtual teams (related to online teaching and management), building resilience, collaborating with others, and solving complex challenges in the educational domain.
