Any transformation is complex until and unless we understand the root causes, envision what’s possible, and develop a strategy to achieve it.

Education transformation can be understood as, providing the strategy and tools needed to enhance teaching and learning, and support students to achieve the intended learning outcome.

We need to help all the students to achieve their potential by taking a student-centred approach to explore all aspects of teaching and learning, such as curriculum, individual learning plans, assessment etc.

For Education change to happen requires a major transformation framework working with minor tiny steps. To transform and improve the system a holistic and connected framework is needed. We need to involve multiple owners with transparency and accountability.

Any successful educational intervention has to be designed to scale across thousands of schools, and lakhs of children. The intervention needs to be flexible and achievable with the available infrastructure, staffing, and resources.
