Our children are prone to rote Learning.
Rote learning is a memorization technique based on repetition. The idea is that one will be able to quickly recall the meaning of the material the more one repeats it.

Our education system is stopping us just here i.e. recalling of lessons which are read.

It's like we take train ticket to travel, and the real purpose is travel and not taking ticket. In a similar way, in today's education system we are just buying ticket. Ticket is memorizing and travel is application of knowledge.

As per one study in India most of the engineering students are not apt to be employed.
