As quoted in The Hindu newspaper, one parent poured his worry, he said,

“There was insane pressure on parents to ensure that homework was completed and submitted on the portal daily. There were a minimum of four periods every day, with only a 30-minute break for lunch. We felt it was a horrible thing to make a child, who is not even four, to sit in front of a computer to attend classes every day,”

Another parent observed that,

“I find that in online classes, teachers do not acknowledge that children learn at their own pace. We don’t want our child to join the rat race so early in life,”

How a parent can opt for homeschooling?

The homeschooling is a very good option particularly for parents. In many western countries there is a lot of push towards homeschooling. There are government departments in those countries which support the homeschooling. In few countries the homeschooling concept is not being touched so much so there are many parents who want to start homeschool their children.

If parents go for homeschooling without a proper structure the children might not have the learning which is necessary for the particular age.

So the best thing for parents in this times is to go for any program which is offering home schooling where an individual teacher assistance is also given by the homeschooling program provider.
