There is been a clear need for polished skills and expertise in many professions. There are many professions which were the sub-fields, but as per 21st century needs they have grown up to be an independent field on its own. One such field is ECE- Early Childhood Education.
Currently this field has contributed a lot towards the understanding of child and it's growth and development. These professionals usually work as preschool teachers, mentors, curriculum designers, program managers etc.
The usual age group of children at ECE environment is 0 - 8 years. As this age group is looked after by female predominantly from ages, today as a result this field has more female working than male. It is very important that even male contribute to this field, by doing a graduation in ECE, research, facilitation, program design, advocacy etc.
