we can get anything we desire in our life by just shifting our own Paradigms:

What exactly are Paradigms?

A Paradigm is a mental conditioning. From the time we are conceived, we are being conditioned. How you ask? By the feelings of your Mother firstly. This is why we say Keep a Pregnant woman very happy so her child will also turn out happy :)

Once you are born upto age 5 or 7yrs, you are being conditioned as you have a subconscious mind wide open or you can say you are learning by observing the people around you who are meant to be your Role Models. You start absorbing the Energy of everyone raising you, your parents, grand parents, aunts, uncles etc....For example if you are a little boy, If men in your family are always angry, you already learnt that men are supposed to be angry. You simply absorbed that Energy daily for almost 7 years! At a later date in Life, those seeds will bear their fruits by the Law of Attraction!

In the same way, you learn the language or languages you speak. Your likes and dislikes, Your mannerisms, your logic, your use of time, your habits are mostly the ones of your parents! Where is the REAL YOU? Now if you start to question why you do what you do, you may Realise, Real Eyes, that you are NOT doing what you KNOW you should be doing! For example, if you always seem to be late, it is more likely that you were conditioned to be late by observing your parents always being late. You will have all the valid excuses such as "I missed the bus" Etc but the ROOT CAUSE is not the "Missing the Bus" as there are no accidents in the Universe. Everything happens by Law. The root cause is the conditioning!

Can we change the Paradigms that are giving us negative results? Absolutely we can! That is the privilege of human beings only! So once we understand this, we should understand that we can get anything we desire in our life by just shifting our own Paradigms! And once we do, we break the cycle of creating more of the same results in our life and save our children from creating worse results in their lives as with every generation, the Ignorance grows due to evolution!

Take charge of your life by shifting your Paradigms! It's the best investment you can make for you and your family. :)

What Your Child Needs Most From You as a Parent:

- > Parents often feel trapped in a cycle of buying educational toys and enforcing strict daily routines.   > In reality, true childhood development comes down to three human essentials that money cannot buy.   > Modern parents face constant pressure to optimize every hour of their child's day with schedules and gadgets.   > Real emotional growth happens simply through connection, space to discover, and a calm presence in moments of chaos. The Three Invisible Essentials of Early Childhood Modern parents are overwhelmed with endless advice, conflicting philosophies, and endless product recommendations. In the rush to optimize every moment of our children's lives, we risk missing the core elements that actually build confidence and emotional security. The truth is, young children do not need perfectly structured days or the latest gadgets; they need three essential, human experiences that only a responsive parent can provide. 1. Intention 2. Commitment 3. Puttin...

Taught to Obey the Clock, Never to Manage It: A Systemic Flaw in Our Classrooms:

 - The Missing Subject: Why Our Education System Demands Punctuality Without Ever Teaching It We often hear the common critique in professional and personal settings: “How can someone be late after being educated?” It is a reasonable question on the surface. Society treats punctuality as a fundamental sign of discipline, respect, and maturity—qualities that higher learning is expected to foster. Yet, across schools, universities, and workplaces, highly educated individuals frequently struggle with chronic tardiness and poor time regulation. This creates a puzzling paradox: if formal education equips individuals with advanced knowledge and critical thinking, why does it so often fail to instill basic time discipline? The answer lies in a fundamental structural flaw within traditional schooling: we demand time discipline as an expectation, but we almost never teach it as a curriculum. The Illusory Syllabus: Compliance vs. Ownership For generations, the educational system’s approach t...

Real contribution to society isn't measured by how much we can extract for ourselves, but by what we build:

 - The Great Trash Race of Oakhaven Set in a small-town school, the Oakhaven story serves as a mirror to the hidden structural failures of modern education. It reveals how classrooms have turned into cold assembly lines that prioritize syllabus coverage, exam marks, and administrative checklists over child well-being. Behind closed doors, young learners are taught to memorize words mechanically without understanding, while rigid rules enforce quiet compliance through fear rather than emotional safety and co-regulation. Meanwhile, teachers are reduced to paperwork managers, isolated from meaningful mentorship and true pedagogical support. Ultimately, the story exposes how valuing system efficiency over human connection produces anxious, compliant children rather than confident, capable human beings—making an urgent case for reclaiming a child-centered approach. --------- Once upon a time, in the quiet town of Oakhaven, the municipal council introduced a new initiative: for every nea...

Seven key differences between Parenting in India and Dutch:

 - A Dutch mother, Ivana, recently shared her experiences living in Mumbai for nine years, highlighting seven key differences between parenting in India. She emphasises that neither approach is "better" or "worse," but rather they involve different trade-offs.  Key Differences in Parenting: According to her viral reflections on [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/reel/DWJv7RLDM-z/), the primary contrasts include: * Community vs. Solo Marathon: In the Netherlands, parenting often feels like a "solo marathon". In Mumbai, she experiences a "real village" where family, neighbours, and the building community are always available to help. * Independence vs. Interdependence: Dutch culture raises children to be "fierceley independent," such as cycling to school alone at age eight. Indian parenting focuses on interdependence and being part of a larger, supportive system. * Child-Friendly Public Spaces: She notes that children in India are acce...

Challenges faced by school counsellors as per study undertaken in India (Part 1.12)--:

 - Counselling skills are seen as an important area in educational institutions. The education boards like CBSE mandates schools to appoint counsellor. The schools which have appointed counsellors in the school environment, the counsellor face few challenges, as school involves multiple stakeholders- Teachers, Children, Parents, Management, Civil society (Civil society- When school is involved with collaborative programs with external institutions). There are some kinds of stigma attached to counsellor and counselling practices. When counsellor calls children to meet, they become very conscious to go to the counsellor even to have general interaction. Some responded that if a child goes to a dedicated counsellor, the child might think he has negativity in him. A counsellor said that rapport building takes much time. Children are afraid because they have misinformation about counselling. Class 1st to 5th children know counsellor as a Lifeskills teacher and not as a counsellor. It he...

The final two steps — Analyse and Prevent — are where institutional improvement happens:

 - A parent sends a message at 9:00 in the morning: “My child’s notebook has not been checked properly for the last two weeks.” Nobody responds. At 1:00 PM, the parent sends another message. Still no clear response. The next morning, the parent calls reception. Reception says: “We will inform the coordinator.” The coordinator is busy. Another day passes. By the third day, the original notebook issue is no longer the real problem. Now the parent is angry because: Nobody listened Nobody took ownership Nobody communicated Nobody gave a timeline Nobody closed the issue A small academic concern has become a trust problem. This is how many school complaints escalate. Not because the original issue was impossible to solve. Because the school did not have a system to detect, own, resolve, and close the issue early. Strong schools should not only have a Complaint Handling System. They should have a Parent Complaint Prevention System. The objective is different. Complaint handling asks: “How...
