- The anxiety is something internally related to the biological reactions that can be assumed through biological appearances. Moreover, it is a response to specific circumstances. The nature of the response of anxiety varies depending on the ages which are rational biological demands. It further means that our biological parts have a distinct nature of responses influenced by the circumstances we receive from nature and society. In fact, it is also caused by many factors such as stress in work, stress due to poor socio-economic conditions, stress due to health issues, stress due to relationship issues etc.

However, the factors that cause anxiety might not be the same for both adults and child. For example, a small kid might be scared of little insects that would lead to anxiety but an adult might not be scared of it and would not be a problem. This could be because of the reasons that a child did not have such experiences in life and also it is a tender socio-emotional development.
The impacts of anxiety are worst if we look at the facts of the child development and hence, it is so important for us to deal with preventive measures so that we can prevent the children from experiences of any critical circumstances.
1. Be a role model in terms of responding to the stressful situations: The children are seen often adaptive to their respective parents and teachers either positive or negative. So, the parents and teachers who actually often close to children must be active in terms of handling and responding to the situations. The children would learn from the role model of parents and teachers, as well as from a few other activities related to the same skills.
2. Encourage self-control: Self-control is the capacity to override an impulse in order to respond appropriately. Most of the children who have to initiate themselves might feel the loneliness that would lead to a feeling of uncomfortable and anxiety. So, in such situations, it is recommended to boost up their confidence level by encouraging that they can do things in the most acceptable way.
3. Establishment of predictable routine for daily activities: It is observed that most of our family environment in terms of the daily routine is not comfortable as routines like daily activities are not organized. So, timely food, sporting, enjoying, studies etc are highly recommended where the children might feel more comfortable.
4. Appreciation to the competencies: The Appreciation can bring abundance into a child's life. As an adult, we should demonstrate thankfulness for all the things. This brings a positive atmosphere into relationships, be it a school, or home. The children must be appreciated at what they are assigned to do which would boost up their confidence. Children feel happy when they are appreciated, the appreciation should be real and not just to satisfy the situation.
5. Realistic expectations: Children should be expected whatever they are capable of and realistic, assigned to the unrealistic task would bring uncomfortable mood in the child’s face and is the reason for anxiety.
6. Generate eagerness about something, or an exciting event: Despite boring classroom classes something outside school trips to be introduced to the children which would help children learn something new visually and feel happy.
7. Never share family issues: Sharing of family issues with children might harm them negatively as children do not have enough emotional control.
8. Teaching relaxation techniques: The scientifically proven relaxation techniques such as breathing exercise, few relaxation activities etc, to be taught to the children.
